Today's challenge is a small one but it can be so powerful. Send him a text letting him know that you're thinking about him, you love him and compliment him for something. Troy sacrifices a lot for our family and I don't tell him often enough that I appreciate him and his hard work for our family. Maybe it's just my love language talking here - but appreciation goes a long way for me.
